Exceeding Expectations - A spacious Guesthouse

On the left of the Main House, is Guest House I, with one bedroom (sleeps 2), a bathroom, an open kitchen fully equipped, and a very large living room (that may also sleep 2) with a fireplace,. Guest House I is situated at the west end of the south veranda, under the largest chestnut tree of the village, and has its own veranda and sitting area and dining area for 10, just over the barbecue.

Personalized Approach - A cosy Guesthouse

More recently built, on the right side of the Main House, facing the south, Guesthouse 2 is located. Guest House 2 is the ground floor suite (sleeps 2) with a double bed, bathroom, living area with sofa, mini fridge, small kichenette to prepare coffee/light breakfast (not lunch/dinner) and breakfast table, whereas outside a covered patio facing the lawn garden with a view towards the sea, can be your perfect place to enjoy your alfresco breakfast or lunch. Please feel free to enjoy the grass lawn garden or to stroll around the rest of the Estate enjoying the nature. The garden is very spacious and we have created several sitting areas where our guests can enjoy their breakfast or lunch. All guests from all Guesthouses have access to the grass lawn garden, patio and parking spaces.

GuestHouse III , on the upper floor, sleeps 3 in a comfy double bed + 1 child on a triple couch, and also has a private bathroom with shower, living area with TV and couch, air-conditioning, mini fridge, small kichenette to prepare coffee/light breakfast (not lunch/dinner) and a dining area/ breakfast table and a large veranda overlooking the Estate, the lush mountains and the beautiful Aegean sea, offering amazing views of the Aegean and beautiful sunsets while relaxing on its private terrace.

The Main Villa and the Estate

The Main Villa is a magnificent example of Agricultural Neoclacissisism, a style that flourished in the village of Tsagarada during the early years of the 20th century. Built in 1906 on a plot of about 10 acres on the Apostolidis ridge, by the wealthy merchant Theodore Apostolidis, this two-floor Villa has been the home of the family until the earthquake of April 1955 made the Villa uninhabitable...
